Recent projects in the AI field
A look at recent work where AI carried the production: art-directed image libraries, always-on social creative and content systems that keep a brand recognisable at volume.

What is an AI agency, and how is it different from an AI consultancy?
An AI consultancy analyses your situation and hands over a strategy. An AI agency in our sense goes further: we audit, build the workflow with your team, train the people who run it and operate the system as a managed service. As an AI agency based in Zurich, we work with marketing teams across Switzerland, in German, French, Italian and English. You get a working setup, not a recommendation to build one.
What does an AI consultant do for a marketing team?
Our AI consultants start where your team actually works: briefings, content production, localization, reporting. They map the current process, identify the steps where generative AI saves real time or budget, design the workflow around brand rules and approvals, and stay on as the point of contact once it runs. AI consulting with us is hands-on and ends in a system, not a slide deck.
What is an AI Readiness Audit and what do we get out of it?
In two to three weeks we review how your team produces and localizes content today: tools, data, people and approval steps. You receive a report with prioritised use cases, a business case per use case and a roadmap for the first workflow. The audit is a fixed fee and stands on its own: you can stop after it, continue into the setup, or stay on the managed service for as long as it pays off.
What does AI consulting cost in Switzerland?
With us it depends on the phase. The AI Readiness Audit is a fixed fee. The workflow setup is a defined project budget that depends on the number of use cases and integrations. The managed service is a fixed monthly fee, and the AI localization pipeline is billed per language and volume. Tell us what your team produces today and we will give you a straight number before any contract.
How long does it take until an AI workflow is live?
The audit takes two to three weeks. An AI content creation workflow is typically live within four to eight weeks, a localization pipeline within three to six. What takes time is not the technology but the front end: brand rules, terminology, approval logic and the training of your team.
Do you offer AI training and AI workshops for our team?
Yes, and the training is the point. Every setup includes hands-on AI training for the people who will run the workflow, plus documentation your team can work with. Stand-alone AI workshops are available as well: a one- or two-day format where your marketing team learns prompting, brand guardrails and use-case mapping on its own material. In the managed service we onboard new team members and run refresher sessions whenever tools or processes change.
Which AI tools and models does your AI agency work with?
We stay deliberately tool-agnostic. The model landscape changes every few months, and locking a marketing team into one vendor is a liability. We choose per use case, image, video or text, and build the part that carries over between tools: prompt frameworks, reference libraries, brand rules and the approval process.
How do you keep AI-generated content on-brand?
Through the workflow itself. Brand rules, prompt frameworks and reference libraries are built in, every output passes a defined approval step and we review quality as part of the managed service. The result stays recognisable as your brand regardless of who in the team presses the button.
Which languages does the AI localization pipeline cover?
German, French, Italian and English are the standard set for the Swiss market, including the differences between Swiss Standard German and German for Germany. Further languages can be added per market. Every language has a glossary, a tone-of-voice model and a human final review.
How do you handle data protection and the EU AI Act?
Your data stays under your control: we work with enterprise or EU-hosted model access where required, exclude your content from model training and document every data flow. The revised Swiss Data Protection Act and the transparency rules of the EU AI Act for synthetic content are part of the setup, not an afterthought. For binding advice, involve your legal counsel.
