Your customers no longer ask Google. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. As a Zurich-based GEO agency, we prepare your brand so AI systems understand it, trust it and cite it in the answers that decide the sale.

This report serves as the foundation for optimizing your GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) performance. Based on these insights, we can provide tailored advice and strategies to elevate your search visibility.

What does a GEO engagement cost?
It depends on package and scope. The GEO audit is a defined entry project, technical fixes are quoted by effort, and management runs as a monthly retainer. You get a concrete range in the intro call.
Who is GEO worth it for?
Brands with a considered offering and buyers who research — B2B, finance, healthcare, premium consumer goods. Anywhere a recommendation builds trust.
Isn't GEO just the new SEO?
Related, but not identical. SEO optimises for ranking positions; GEO optimises for inclusion in generated answers. Both build on a shared data foundation, which we create together.
How do you measure success — and how fast?
By share of answer: how often your brand is cited for defined search intents across the engines, benchmarked against competitors and reported monthly. First movements usually show within 6 to 12 weeks.
Which AI systems do you cover?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini and Google AI Overviews as standard. We add further engines where they matter for a market or industry. The scope is defined per mandate, because relevance differs by audience.
How long until we appear in AI answers?
First movements typically show within six to twelve weeks. Technical fixes take effect fastest, while content and citation building compound over months. Unlike classic SEO there is no ranking position to track; progress shows as a rising share of answer.
What is llms.txt and do we need it?
llms.txt is a text file in the root of a domain that tells AI systems in structured form what a site offers and which pages matter. It is not an official standard and no engine guarantees it is read. The effort is small and it sharpens your entity, so we set it up as part of the technical foundation.
How does GEO affect our traffic if users no longer click?
Visits per query do fall when an answer is delivered directly. What changes is the quality of what remains: people arriving after an AI recommendation are further along in their decision. We therefore report share of answer and lead quality alongside sessions.
How do we prevent wrong statements about our brand in AI answers?
Wrong statements usually come from outdated or contradictory sources. We consolidate the facts about your brand across your own pages, directories and third-party sources, mark them up in structured data, and monitor which sources the engines actually quote.
Can we do GEO without SEO?
Partially. Generative systems draw on crawled content, so technical health and crawlability are prerequisites. But GEO does not require classic ranking work: a page can be cited without ranking in the top ten.
